Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit becrabrands.com or contact BeCra. BeCra is a brand of Proexnet One Kft.

1. Controller

Proexnet One Kft.
Ferenciek tere 2.

Hungary
Represented by: Zoltan Lajtai
E-Mail: hello@becrabrands.com

2. Visiting the website and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referring page, browser, operating system and response status. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and diagnose technical faults. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting is provided by Easyname GmbH, Fernkorngasse 10/3/501, 1100 Vienna, Austria. Log data is retained only for the period needed for these purposes and according to the hosting provider’s operational and legal requirements.

3. Email, contact form and service inquiries

If you contact BeCra by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide: name, company or brand, email address, website or social link, selected service, message and any other information you voluntarily include. The purpose is to respond to the inquiry, prepare an individual offer and, where requested, take steps before entering into a contract.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communications and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business inquiries. Where processing is required by law, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.

The current contact form sends the inquiry by email to hello@becrabrands.com. The website does not store form submissions in a database. Email systems and hosting infrastructure may nevertheless retain messages and technical delivery data.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to answer the inquiry, prepare or perform the requested service and handle follow-up questions. If a contract is concluded, relevant business records are retained for the applicable statutory retention periods. Data is deleted or restricted when it is no longer needed, unless legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further retention.

5. Recipients and processors

Personal data is shared only where necessary with service providers supporting website hosting, email delivery or technical operation, or where disclosure is required by law. These providers process data under their own legal obligations and, where applicable, under data-processing agreements.

6. Optional Cloudflare Turnstile protection

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used solely to protect the contact form against spam and abuse. It is active only when Turnstile is enabled in the website configuration and a site key is configured. For the security check, Cloudflare may process technical data required to distinguish legitimate use from automated abuse, including connection, browser, device, interaction and verification-token data.

The purpose and legal basis are form security and the controller’s legitimate interest in preventing abusive submissions (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Turnstile is not used for advertising, marketing analytics or behavioural profiling. Current configuration status: disabled.

7. Analytics, marketing and cookies

No analytics service, marketing pixel or non-essential cookie is currently active on this website. No behavioural profiles are created. Further information is available under Cookie Settings.

8. Future Stripe payment links or checkout

Stripe is not currently integrated. If Stripe Payment Links or Stripe Checkout are activated later, data will be transferred to Stripe only when you choose the relevant payment link or checkout. This policy and, where required, the consent information will be updated before activation.

9. Your GDPR rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. No decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made solely by automated means.

To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, contact hello@becrabrands.com.

10. Updates to this policy

This policy will be updated if the website’s functions, service providers or legal requirements change. Last updated: 4 August 2026.
