Terms

These terms apply to creative services offered under the BeCra brand. BeCra is a brand of Proexnet One Kft.; the contracting service provider is Proexnet One Kft.

1. Scope and contract formation

These terms apply unless an individual written offer or agreement provides otherwise. Website descriptions, examples and prices are invitations to request an offer and are not binding offers. A contract is formed only when Proexnet One Kft. confirms an individual offer or order in writing, including by email. The website currently provides no automated online contract or checkout.

2. Scope of services

Services may include creative and brand concepts, branding and visual direction, AI-assisted reels and short-form videos, social media creatives, campaign ideas and visuals, post and digital-presence support, and complete websites or landing pages when requested. The specific scope, formats, schedule, deliverables and technical requirements are defined in the individual offer.

AI-assisted work is creatively directed and reviewed, but results may vary and cannot be guaranteed to be unique or free from similarities to existing material. Any use of third-party platforms is subject to their availability and terms.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the website are starting prices and may change according to scope, complexity, licensing, production requirements and timing. Only the price in the accepted individual offer is binding. Taxes, currency, payment stages and due dates are stated in the offer or invoice. Payments must be made using the method specified there.

4. Delivery and acceptance

Services and deliverables are generally supplied digitally using the agreed communication or file-transfer channel. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as binding. The client must review deliverables promptly and provide clear, consolidated feedback. A deliverable is considered accepted when approved in writing or used or published by the client, subject to mandatory law.

5. Revisions and changes

The number and scope of revision rounds are defined in the individual offer. Revisions must remain within the agreed brief and concept direction. New concepts, substantial changes to an approved direction, additional formats or further revision rounds may require a separate quote and may affect delivery dates.

6. Usage rights

Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives the usage rights expressly stated in the individual offer only after full payment. Rights apply to the approved final deliverables, not to rejected drafts, working files, methods, templates, tools or underlying know-how. Third-party assets, fonts, music, stock material and platform content remain subject to their respective licence terms. Ownership or transfer of editable source files applies only if expressly included.

7. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate briefs, content, brand materials, access credentials and approvals on time. The client confirms that materials supplied for use may lawfully be used and do not infringe third-party rights. The client is responsible for reviewing factual claims, legal notices, product information and the final suitability of deliverables before publication. Delays in cooperation may extend the schedule.

8. Cancellation and termination

Cancellation must be made in writing. Unless the individual offer states otherwise, the client must pay for services completed up to the effective cancellation date and for committed, non-recoverable third-party costs. Mandatory consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights remain unaffected where applicable.

9. Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, Proexnet One Kft. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by unavailable third-party platforms, or issues resulting from client-provided material, instructions or unauthorised modifications. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.

10. Governing law and final provisions

Hungarian law applies, without excluding mandatory protections that apply to consumers under their local law. The competent courts are determined by applicable law. Changes and additional agreements should be documented in writing. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected to the extent permitted by law.
